Did you know that most people who join Young Living never place a second order? The most common reason is because they just don’t get the education and support that is so desperately needed on this journey! That’s why it’s so important to help keep your members, new and old, educated and supported on this journey. It’s not work honestly; it’s truly a blessing to walk alongside new people on their journey! And don’t feel intimidated; we have systems to help make this easy for both of you! Here are some very important and helpful ways to support your new members!

  1. Add them to our Facebook group (if they are on Facebook). (Wholesale members only; not retail customers.) You can also add them to the Vital 180 and YLEO LIFE Facebook groups (but don’t overwhelm that at first! See how much they want to dive in first.).

  2. Use this printable New Member Checklist to make sure you’re supporting your new member well!

  3. Give/send them some fabulous educational resources to get them started on the right foot! Some of the things I love to send new members currently:

    Quick Reference Guide: https://www.discoverlsp.com/full-color-8th-edition-essential-oils-pocket-reference.html

    Simply Wellness: https://oilsupplystore.com/collections/books/products/simply-wellness

The Essentials books (small and large): https://the-essentials-shop.com/

    PSK Kit Experience Postcard: https://oilsupplystore.com/collections/brochures-postcards/products/experiencepostcard?variant=29424545202273

Product samples of great things outside of the starter kit (MightyPro, supplements, lotions, etc.)

If you are unable to send them a welcome package, please let your enroller/mentor know so that they can. They may be able to help with your first member; then you can grab any these things to have on hand for future members! Getting valuable educational resources into the hands of new members is very important!

Be sure to follow up with them on a regular basis!
